You pay for the implementation once, then a monthly fee that includes the server, the domain, updates and support. The annual plan costs less because it lets us reserve the infrastructure up front.

* Why the price changes
The prices above are for a standard configuration
That is: the pack exactly as it ships, with its fields and its flows. As long as you stay inside that, the published price is the price.
The short rule
Shared as long as it is the pack exactly as it ships. The moment you need something the others do not have, or you bring your own history, you need your own. The detail is in the table below.
What is always quoted separately
Data migration from Aspel, QuickBooks or historical records. Custom integrations. Multi-company or multi-country. Fiscal stamping in Mexico, billed by volume. None of that fits a list price, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Above Shop it is already the other track
If you run several legal entities, invoice in more than one country or need consolidation, this stops being a pack and becomes a fixed-price project. That is BeeSmart Enterprise.

The currency follows the invoice: bill in Mexico with an RFC and you pay in pesos; bill in the United States and you pay in dollars. One currency governs both the implementation and the monthly fee — they are never mixed.
The peso prices are not a conversion of the dollar ones. They are set against the local substitute: in Mexico you are not comparing against Jobber, you are comparing against Aspel plus your accountant.
